A birthday celebration is always well deserved, for this special day a leave is always reserved

At AtliQ, we believe that it is of utmost importance that our employees enjoy their special day, and are relieved from the work responsibilities. For this, we have framed a policy wherein employees can avail leaves on their birthday. After all, we wouldn’t want our employees to come in to work on their birthday and blow their candles wishing they could be some place else! The birthday leave is an essential part of our organisation’s culture.

In India, vacations and breaks are always talked about in whispers and hushed voices like they’re a crime! We believe in the perfect work-life balance and would want all our employees to celebrate occasions like birthdays guilt-free! We always make sure that employees do not get any calls or emails from the organization on their birthday since it is a special day for them. We never forget to wish the employees on their special day. We also never forget to ask for a treat from the employees when they come back.

If the birthday falls on any holiday, then that leave does not get lapsed, instead, it can be availed on any other day according to their convenience.We always make sure that candidates do not get any calls or emails from organisations on his/her birthday leave since it is a special day for him/her. We never forget to wish the candidate on the special day. We also never forget to get a treat from the candidate the next day he/she will come.

We had started this with the motive to give each employee a chance to shine in the spotlight, and give them a chance to feel noticed, appreciated and welcomed on their special day.
