That is why we make it a point to give our employees the environment they need to grow and the freedom to take charge of their own work without any hindrance. This is why we promote flexible working hours so that employees can respect their social and well as work related commitments.
It has been statistically proven that brains work much more creatively and actively when they are not bound by restrictions. No one really likes to be a part of the military system. At AtliQ, we have introduced flexible working hours for our employees. In this policy, each employee is expected to dedicate a minimum of 160 hours a month. Hence employees have a liberty to plan their day according to their convenience and work for any long period as they want.
