Patidar Super Market is located at NJ, USA having huge inventory in-house along with thousands of customers. The idea behind the inception of the project started during our visit to them where we saw that customers were asking them about product availability, product offers, sales,etc. They are super busy with their daily routine hence don’t have enough time to answer all such questions. Their another requirement is to come up with one app where they can manage their products,offers, advertisement and all.
They have all database in access file and need to manage regular operation. The problem is to update weekly update on app, also branding the concept looked like quite difficult.
With pandemic, they have started online order (curbside order) where previously customers send them order through WhatsApp and email. Due to this, they become over busy as referring order from WhatsApp/Email, prepare an order, reply to individual customer is quite hectic.
We have proposed them all services where we made their application, run SMS campaign to all customers to let them know about our application. We are also managing their offer designing, running SMS campaign on weekly basis when required, providing them ideas for making offer, adding features in their app.
We added a feature where customer can select products, add instruction in instruction box, if product is not available in list then add that product in instruction box. Admin can see daily orders, update them. When order is ready, customer will get notification of their order along with final order.
